Aon Is Looking for a Health Solutions U.S. Broking Project Specialist 
 
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions U.S. Broking practice at Aon. As a Project Specialist, you will report directly to the Project/Team Manager.
  
Your Impact as a Health Solutions U.S. Broking Project Specialist: 
The Aon Health Solutions U.S. Broking team is dedicated to supporting the business through the centralization of transactions including requests for proposal (RFPs) and renewals related to coverages including Medical, Stop Loss, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, and COBRA administration. The Health Solutions U.S. Broking team is dedicated to supporting the business through data analytics, reporting, auditing, carrier Request for Information, operational efficiencies, project management and internal training/development to drive client value and thought leadership. 
 
The Health Solutions U.S. Broking Project Specialist will support Aon's broking delivery under the Health Solutions U.S. Broking practice. Liaises closely with internal subject matter experts, carriers, Aon leadership and Health Solutions U.S. Broking colleagues driving growth and efficiency through high-profile initiatives.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Survey Development – Assist in driving consultant value with the U.S. Broking Survey results utilization by helping to stand up a portal for consultants to access and utilize the information with clients
  • Emerging Vendor (EV) Center of Excellence (COE) – Support revenue growth by the commercialization/implementation of new initiatives with U.S. Health Solutions consultants and expanding the U.S. Innovations team collaboration to include the evaluation of emerging new vendors ensuring this data is consistently updated, evaluated, compared and contrasted for new partnerships to pursue for revenue growth
  • Request for Information (RFI) Center of Excellence (COE) – Assist in driving growth within the existing RFI COE by expanding the footprint to global regions and the collection of data for utilization in multiple systems
  • Supports Project Analyst/Consultant/Manager in leveraging data and analytics to identify, define, and drive Health Solutions U.S. Broking strategy and operational efficiency/standardization projects
  • Utilizes technology platforms to collect, analyze and report vendor data by various means across multiple products and geographies
  • Audits internal data and processes to identify and manage initiatives to improve business performance within Health Solutions U.S. Broking
  • Participates in the development, execution, and ongoing management of the Centers of Excellence (COE) within Health Solutions U.S. Broking
  • Develops project management acumen to eventually lead projects within Health Solutions U.S. Broking.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise: 
Required Experience
  • 1-3 years business experience or related internships
  • Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines, strong attention to detail
  • Project Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional communication approach, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Previous Health Solutions or Product knowledge of Medical, Stop Loss, Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits experience a plus
 
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
