Business Analyst (@ Catholic Charities)

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and maintaining data integrity with Catholic Charities database systems, including Blackbaud (SQL) and several EHR systems. This role will evaluate current business systems as well as collaborate with staff and management to identify current standards and gaps. The Analyst will develop process improvements, procedures, and trainings at different levels of the organization.

This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity for a collaborative self-starter to create and improve the synergy between existing database systems, to develop and implement best practices to drive data integrity. This position will a direct and pivotal role in furthering the mission of Catholic Charities.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required. Two or more years’ experience with SQL databases required; experience with Blackbaud strongly preferred. EHR systems experience is a plus. Project management experience preferred.
