What will I do as a Business Analyst?
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and maintaining data integrity with Catholic Charities database systems, including Blackbaud (SQL) and several EHR systems. This role will evaluate current business systems as well as collaborate with staff and management to identify current standards and gaps. The Analyst will develop process improvements, procedures, and trainings at different levels of the organization.

What are the requirements?
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required. Two or more years’ experience with SQL databases required; experience with Blackbaud strongly preferred. EHR systems experience is a plus. Project management experience preferred.

$47,000 - $53,000 DOE
