Marketing Coordinator Intern
Official Position Title: Market Research and Content Development Intern
THIS IS A REMOTE WORKING POSITION
Overview: Certintell – a cloud-based telehealth platform that allows safety-net providers reach underserved populations – seeks a driven, creative, and self-motivated individual with a diverse background in content creation (writing and design) to assist with a variety of marketing communication activities. Someone who has experience with Marketing Automation and Customer Segmentation (eg. Mailchimp/Newsletter software and Salesforce experience) will standout among applicants. Job activities will include content creation and marketing for newsletters, blogs, social media, press, and organizing all national events that lead to increased awareness and relationships of Certintell. Additionally, there will be market research and hands-on activity needed with national events.
Specific responsibilities, duties and success measures in Certintell’s entrepreneurial environment:
- Position reports to and takes direction from the COO.
- Content creation and market segmentation.
- Communication activities for newsletters, blogs, press, national events, advertisements, social media and other digital channels.
- Support overall marketing efforts for business development pursuits, company value proposition and revenue goals.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a major such as marketing, communications, entrepreneurial or related experience.
- High energy to work within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Ability to work effectively in different environments with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to enthusiastically adapt to and accept changes in job responsibilities based on the priorities and strategic goals of the company.
- Excellent communication skills and writing abilities.
- Highly professional, discreet and enthusiastic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of, or interest in understanding, MailChimp email marketing platform.
- Superior attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to always exhibit sound judgment, maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
