Billing Analyst - Coral Springs, FL
- What does a great Billing Analyst do?
- The Billing Analyst creates client invoices and statements from multiple data sources ensuring timely and accurate delivery with trend analysis
- As a Billing Analyst you can look forward to:
- Manage large volumes of data through database management tools
- Assist clients with dispute resolution through detailed communication of findings from research and data analysis
- Provide clear and consistent communication to client partners regarding billing activity and balances
- Work closely with the Accounting team to create general ledger entries ensuring that revenue and receivables are properly recorded
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process efficiencies
- Basic qualifications for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- Must be data-driven, fact-based, technically proficient and have a detail-oriented approach to analysis
- Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
