Mid-Level Program Operations Analyst

Location: Redstone Arsenal United States Army post, in Huntsville, Alabama

Salary Range: $105- $125K

Basic Qualifications:

Provide program operations analysis support to an Army Staff office responsible for the management of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs

Must possess some demonstrated experience;

Developing and updating briefing slides in PowerPoint

Writing for publications

Task activity scheduling support

Action item tracking/document control support

Meeting coordination/ security support

Contract action support

Logistics/ property management coordination

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important

Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment

Primary Duties:

Assess office operations, address effective execution schemes, and assist government leadership and staff with varied program performance assessments as they apply to Army Air and Missile Defense systems

Perform periodic assignments as a Board Secretary or Working Group member to coordinate assigned actions or serve as program operations support

Availble to travel periodically with trips that may be up to several weeks in length

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Foreign Military Sales

Bachelor's degree in business administration/ management field or certification as an administrative professional

10 years of applicable program analysis experience

Proficient in MS Office product line to include familiarity with Microsoft Project

Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes, including DAU Level 1 certification in PM, is a plus!

Other Qualifications:

US Citizenship

Resident of the Huntsville, AL area (or willing to relocate to the area)

Security Requirements:

Must have a Secret security clearance
