Finance Leadership Development Program

We are currently seeking candidates for our Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program. This program is open to graduates with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance or accounting. Participants in our two-year Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program will be provided with a broad foundation of training and experience aimed at developing the technical, professional and leadership skills necessary for rapid advancement in one of the world’s most well-known and respected consumer products companies.

The program consists of rotational assignments, each aimed at developing functional expertise and business acumen as well as providing participants with broad exposure to a variety of accounting and finance skills.

You’ll work alongside seasoned accounting and finance leaders and gain hands-on, real-world experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and compliance. You’ll participate in preparation of our annual planning process, forecast updates as well as supporting the month end close process. You’ll contribute to the creation of internal and external reporting, and have the opportunity to participate in internal audits at our corporate offices or manufacturing facilities. You will also support our business transformation initiatives such as new product introductions, manufacturing improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Interview Process
  • Phone and Microsoft Teams video interviews will be conducted in March and April
  • Finalists will interview with the finance leadership team in April
  • Selected participants will begin June 7, 2021 
 
We need you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting completed by June 2021
  • Prior internship and/or co-op experience in finance or accounting

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship from Reynolds Consumer Products.
