Digital Marketing Analyst

Capacity Interactive (CI), a digital marketing consulting firm serving arts and culture organizations, is looking for up to 5 Digital Marketing Analysts.

About The Role:
In this role, you aim to learn and build upon your skills as a digital marketing practitioner. We’ll encourage you to take on more ownership of your work; identify what you’re interested in learning more about, and share your knowledge with others. 

Key Responsibilities:
Own administrative and digital marketing tasks (ex. Scheduling meetings, drafting work orders, observing client meetings, etc.)
Develop and maintain relationships with team members, clients and vendors.
Support your team members in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns.
Identify areas of specialization and develop special skills.
Report on campaign results.
Listen regularly to CI podcasts and livestreams.
Read company-published blogs posts, case studies, and research.
Serve as a platform specialist
Assist or join an internal task-force or committee 
Train new staff members

Compensation:
The compensation for this position is $48,000.

Molly Shoemaker, Manager of People Operations, will review each application. Phone interviews with the Manager of People Operations and a member of our internal Hiring Committee will commence on a rolling basis beginning April 5, 2021. The Manager of People Operations will recommend applicants for Zoom interviews with the VP, Managing Director beginning in Mid-April. Offers will occur in late April. 

These positions are expected to start on May 23, 2021.
