LOCATION: Green Bay Campus 
STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week. Mon - Fri 8 am - 4:30.; Flexibility to work other hours as needed.
MINIMUM STARTING RATE OF PAY*: $21.37/hour
*Current benefit eligible employees will be placed within the pay range based on their current rate/range.

POSITION SUMMARY
Process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting and financial transactions such as billings, fixed asset entries, employee petty cash reimbursements, student club activity, etc. Complete the college wide deposit and all related deposit and payment posting activities. Provide backup support to the Accounts Payable Specialist and the Student Accounting Assistant.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
·      Prepare and process financial transactions (i.e. journal & budget entries, fixed assets, cashiering, billings, etc.).
·      Coordinate activities for the college wide bank deposit and system entry, including researching and reconciling discrepancies, and processing and posting entries into the bank and the general ledger.
·      Support student clubs by providing financial information, preparing deposits, and processing check requests.
·      Prepare and reconcile periodic financial reports. 
·      Provide backup support for accounts payable and general office duties (i.e. scanning, data entry, filing, etc.).

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate degree in Accounting.
Experience: Two years related experience
**An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
 
Computer Skills
 Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of computerized accounting and ERP systems preferred.
