xAlt Fitness and Health Trainer (Coach)

xAlt Coaches meet virtually with clients, 1-on-1, on a weekly basis to work towards achieving their health and wellness goals. Coaches support goal-identification and achievement, personal growth, and behaviour modification. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assess client’s health, wellbeing, and mobility
  • Help clients identify and create actionable goals that are achievable
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and hold them accountable, over time
  • Implement individualized programming
  • Monitor and track client’s progress
  • Educate and raise awareness
  • Create welcoming and trusting environments for clients to work in
  • Commit to continuing education and professionalism
  • Provide clients with resources and advise them on how to change lifestyle habits/behaviors, within their scope of practice
