Intern - Organizational Development

Do you want to see Industrial/Organizational Psychology in practice, or do you want to be the one practicing it in an organization that is shaping the future of clinical development?

Because we’re hoping you’re here for the latter.

Who are we?
We Are PRA.

We are 20,000+ employees strong, operating in more than 90 countries. We are committed to saving lives and we are constantly striving to be the best at what we do. Our impact is real and we see it every single day. We help get life-saving drugs into the hands of those who need them most.

Who are you?
You are a graduate student looking for practical experience that will make you more marketable. You want to take what you’ve learned and see how it applies in an actual organization. But not just any organization, one that is doing something meaningful in the world! You are conscientious, detail-oriented and have a knack for communicating complex concepts clearly and succinctly. Plus you take initiative and work well independently and as part of a team. You want to learn from an experienced I/O psychology practitioner, while also bringing new concepts, research and tools to the team.

Is this you? Great – we want to meet you!

What will you be doing?
Long story short, you will support talent and organizational development (OD) projects that support the strategic priorities of the organization.
