 PROJECTS 
Working in our professional and innovative team environment, you will assist team members with: 
• Employee Engagement and Leadership Development programs 
• The implementation of our new employee recognition program 
• Data compilation, data analysis, and systems administration in support of multiple efforts 
• Maintenance and enhancement of existing philanthropic programs 
• Resolving benefits-related issues, claims, and appeals 
• Reviewing Summary Plan Descriptions and plan Nondiscrimination testing 
• Annual Enrollment planning and implementation 
• On-boarding new employees 
• Administrative tasks to include document creation, review and processing, and other duties as assigned 

REQUIREMENTS 
• Candidates should be a rising junior or senior currently pursuing a degree in Management with an HR focus 
• MS office Suite proficient 
• Able to multitask with a research project(s), data analysis, and coordination with others 
• Great written and verbal communication skills 
• Willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, approaches, and solutions 
• Must be willing to commute and work at our office located in Reston, VA Monday to Friday
