Client Database Coordinator

We are seeking a FT Database Coordinator to manage our client database. If you are a highly motivated individual who wants to play a key role in fulfilling our mission of making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and related disabilities, and their families, this might be just for you! 
 
The database houses client profiles and service documentation, as well as payroll and billing records. This position will manage system configurations, user access, reporting, software testing, as well creating and maintaining user documentation and training.
 
The requirements for this position include an associate’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems or related job experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience managing database applications, proficiency with SQL and serve as a liaison between technical development teams and the end user. Strong knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and Excel required. Experience working in an environment that serves individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plus.
 
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position including a PTO, health, vision, and dental insurance.
