Human Resources Generalist

City of Sun Prairie is looking for an efficient and computer savvy business partner for recruitment/talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and records management. Will participate in wellness promotion, DEI initiatives, project research and policy implementation. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or related field required. Must be able to work independently with three years of recent HR work experience preferred. Proficiency with MS Office applications, online application/onboarding systems, and payroll system are highly desired. Start: $24.58 - $27.39/hr with excellent benefits, including WRS.
