You will join Proxima as an Analyst with a structured training program learning about procurement and consulting. As a procurement consultant at its simplest, you are there to use your knowledge and skills to help our clients spend well. You’re there to build relationships, learn about organizational needs, and help your clients find innovative, cost-effective, and value-adding supplier solutions. You will work closely with our global brand clients on a day-to-day basis helping to identify improvements and cost savings, and supporting them through any changes. It’s a role that has the potential to touch every part of a business, giving you a unique understanding of the inner workings of a business, and plenty of opportunities to identify and unlock performance improvement. Being a procurement consultant involves solving problems, thinking on your feet, and collaborating with your colleagues. The great thing about Proxima is that you’ll get exposure to various organizations and sectors from the start, accelerating your development like no other career.

You’ll see big businesses from the inside and learn management consultancy from real experts who deliver it daily in the field. You’ll develop your consulting skills, as well as your creative thinking and commercial awareness. • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written

• Enjoy working with numbers and large data sets

• Comfortable working with or are open to learning Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – we will train you!

• Intellectually curious with a desire to solve problems

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

• A bonus if you have completed an analytical degree such as Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, but please know we are open to all degrees!
