TESOL Teacher - FULL TIME

Job Duties:
- Instruct English according to best practices and research-based methods.
- Provide language instruction that supports multiple learning styles and ability levels
- Align language lesson plans with the school’s approved curriculum and educational standards.
- Work in conjunction with families to support goals for student language development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have a current ODE teaching license with a TESOL Endorsement
- Must have experience teaching English as a Second language preferably grades k-12
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Collaborative, constructive team-building skills are required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and other staff members.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and use sound judgment in all aspects of the job
