Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (40 hours per week) for a Clinical Informatics Specialist with a "Get It Done" attitude. The ability to work with a TEAM in a collaborative and communicative environment is a MUST!
Clinical Informatics Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develops and helps maintain the electronic medical system, software applications, and databases for Floyd Valley Healthcare and its associated clinics.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Clinical Information Systems modules, supplemental support systems, and related training of clinical and medical staff.
- Monday through Friday with evening and weekend involvement as needed.
Requirements:
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse license or multi-state licensure.
- 2-3 years of previous professional clinic experience required.
- Previous Clinical Informatics experience is a plus.
- BLS a plus; certification is required as an employee.
- Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
