Chicago Booth Professor Anna Costello seeks one full-time Research Professional for a period of at least one year, but ideally two years, to collect data, maintain databases, conduct statistical analysis, and provide other support associated with faculty research.
 
The ideal applicant should be completing (or have completed) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have strong quantitative and programming skills. Candidates with research experience are strongly preferred, especially those with experience in Stata, SAS, Python, or R. Candidates need not be Economics majors, though they should have a strong interest in and some experience with economics, finance, or accounting.
 
The preferred start date is July 1, 2021 though earlier or later start dates will be considered. Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis, but all applications submitted by April 20, 2021 will be given full consideration.
 
We pay an annual salary of $50,000 and provide standard benefits such as health insurance.
