SOCIAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP LEADING TO PAID POSITION

LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP - flexible but 3 months minimum
HOURS - flexible/part-time – approx. 20-25 hrs/week. Zoom meetings and calls.
PAID - Deferred pay. School credits/school related work experience dependent on immigration status.
ABOUT LNK INNOVATIONS
LNK Innovations is a product development company based in Los Angeles. LNK literally invents new products in a variety of industries including hotel/leisure, hardware, fashion, electronic. LNK has just launched its first product and is offering a full time business administration internship during the summer then continuing to part-time during the semester, for someone who is looking for hands-on experience in the business world where you will be working alongside the business owner.
SUPERVISION
You will report to the CEO on each project 3 times a week using zoom.
Written reports and data analytics should also be provided on a weekly basis by email.
New projects will be discussed through zoom meetings, follow-up minutes and project deadlines will be through using the project management software Asana.
You will be working with one other social media exec for most of the projects. Once you show your qualified, you will be given autonomy on one digital media project as a trial.
The three to six months trial , if successful, may result in a paid position at the company
RESPONSIBILITIES
.. Creating and Assisting in social media platforms
.. Helping with brainstorming for campaigns
.. Taking photos for posts
.. Communicating with bloggers
..Participate with management
.. Forming contacts with numerous bloggers/influencers re trialing products, negotiating deals.
.. Researching and identifying competitive products, categories, and companies
.. Responding to emails, posts, blogs
WHO YOU ARE
Recent graduate or current studying wanting to gain valuable experience as an intern to prove your potential with the opportunity of creating a paid position.

MUST HAVES
Own laptop, cell phone and relevant software (Microsoft Office Word)
No ego.
Lots of patience.
START DATE
Immediate start preferred.
PAY SCALE
All investment is currently going towards product development, so intern shall receive deferred pay once net profits have reached goal. Pay scale is directly relevant to education and relevant work experience.
Students should consult with academic faculty to determine if this unpaid experience will earn credit.
