As a supported* Missionary Kid Teachers Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to serve and love our preschoolers and their parents. We are looking for someone caring and flexible to work with babies to five-year-olds.
Job Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina

Every day is interesting! You’ll assist the lead teacher in creating a safe and fun environment that encourages creativity. You’ll help plan a special time that balances quiet, sensory experiences with vigorous activities that stimulate their development. You will not only care for the kids physically and mentally but also emotionally and spiritually.

- You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate Biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification)
- You have a deep and growing relationship with Christ and want to support others in their walk.
- You have a high school degree or equivalent education.
- You relate well with young children.
- You are able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- You consent to a criminal background check, child safety interview, child safeguard review, and provide professional references.
It’s a bonus if…
- You have work experience in church nurseries/schools, day camps, or daycare settings.
- You’re looking to work 20 hours a week.
