Channel Project Coordinator | Woodruff

Woodruff — a collection of forward-thinking marketing professionals — is looking for a channel project coordinator to join our team. The channel project coordinator is responsible for managing project workflows and resource allocation across the agency, specifically within the social media and channel departments. This can include defining project milestones, owning internal timelines, developing and documenting processes to maximize efficiencies and quality of work, updating status documentation and eliminating roadblocks so members of the social media and channel teams can meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate is open-minded, proactive, accountable and a team player, as they will collaborate closely with peers across all disciplines, particularly Woodruff’s social media, SEO, paid media, digital, creative, account services and project management teams.
