Trial Presentation Consultant

Job Description
This position provides a tremendous amount of independence and flexibility to build your own book of business in a highly sophisticated field. This is a high-level sales position to sell and partner with both trial lawyers and large law firm partners. It requires professional, intelligent and consultative sales abilities to achieve revenue goals for your assigned territory. You will also handle all account management functions for clients, reflecting quality service in keeping with our corporate philosophy. You must be an independent self-starter who is also a team-player. This is a work from home opportunity with occasional travel.   
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·      Selling services to the legal market and meet the assigned annual revenue quotas
·      Growing sales within our existing accounts and develop new business through consistent monthly contact, customized programs, and quality services
·      Developing new business via phone prospecting, e-mail, online demos, and/or participating at conferences, trade shows, and association meetings as required
·      Giving polished presentations to large and small groups to develop and close new business
·      Maintaining a high activity rate in order to cultivate new business (minimum requirement is 12 face-to-face appointments and virtual demos and 200 targeted prospecting connections per month
·      Handling all account management functions including the initial presentation, coordinating subsequent meetings, briefing the producer, coordinate writing the proposal, closing the job, preparing the client for hand off once the job begins and keeping the client informed of billing issues
·      Following administrative procedures and meet deadlines including producing weekly and monthly reports, keeping standardized records on clients and attending regularly scheduled meetings
·      Communicating on a daily basis with immediate supervisor, project managers or administration especially regarding job related issues
·      Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Minimum Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will be a disciplined, self-motivated professional who has a track record closing large jobs. The ability to overcome challenges and work as a peer with attorneys is critical. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as solid time management and organizational skills are a must! Experience with CRM Software.
