IT Student Co-op

Examples of hands-on experiences during your assignment with DTE include:
 
  • Assist with SQL coding with our Learning Management System to update and/or create new reports and extractions for company-wide distribution. Updating the code for new and existing PowerBI reports as changes are requested and/or needed.
  • Provide support in monitoring and light troubleshooting RPA automation that is assigned to the Bot Controller, this position, and the Bot Controller team. Work with the Testers and Leadership to continue to develop, document, present, and implement an efficient and effective testing strategy and process.
  • Assist in generating data requests to Information Technology Departments and assess information returned from Information Technology Department for Compliance with Corporate Controls. Create and track metrics for Compliance work.
  • Assists in automating business processes with Microsoft tools (PowerAutomate, Flow, SharePoint). Consults on best tools to use to digitize and automate business processes.
  • Supports adoption of collaboration technology by learning and subsequently teaching users in the enterprise. Documents best practices and communicates changes for enterprise Calling and Intranet projects.
