Overview:
Idaho Spine & Sports Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedic position in Boise, Idaho. Part-time candidates with availability to work the afternoon / evening shift will also be considered (starting at 1pm or 2pm to work until 7pm).

The caseload has a focus on neck and back pain with some post surgery. The most popular demographics is adults (35 years old and above). PTs at Idaho Spine & Sports Physical Therapy follow a manual therapy and exercise based treatment approach.

Patients are scheduled 1 hour for both evaluations and follow-up sessions. Within this position, you will work one-on-one with your patients. Rehab Techs and PTAs are available for support.

Documentation is dictated and scribes are utilized to save time and create efficiency.

Candidates with Dry Needling and Astym experience and/or certifications are preferred.
Prior experience in these areas is not required. Training / certification will be provided.

Schedule / Hours:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 7am to 7pm. The actual work schedule and hours for this position will be mutually determined based on candidate availability and patient needs. PTs at Idaho Spine & Sports Physical Therapy typically see 2 patients per hour when there is not an evaluation. You will be one-on-one with the patient, but will utilize a Rehab Aide to accomplish this. 

PTs follow a team-based approach and occasionally you will see the patients of another therapist. For example, if a 7 a.m. PT did an eval and the patient can only do follow-up appointments at 6 p.m., another PT will see this patient.
