SEEKING EXCEPTIONAL TEAM MEMBERS:
ASSISTANT NEWS BRIEF EDITORS

The ABIS work environment is collegial, supportive, fast-paced and stimulating. It also provides numerous opportunities to expand one’s knowledge, skill set and responsibilities while working as part of a team.

Our growing team is a sharp, diverse, highly talented group with a broad range of experiences and backgrounds. We place a high value on teamwork, initiative, thinking "outside the box," attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, “can do” attitude and having a strong desire to make a difference.

The ABIS Group currently is seeking exceptional individuals to join the team as assistant news brief editors. Candidates should have an excellent academic record; a strong interest in health care, science, or business; and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

These team members are strong writers and editors who can identify quickly the "gist" of a breaking news story and describe it in a clean, concise fashion and who have a keen eye for relevant information. Work or internship experience in communications or as a journalist, copywriter or editor is a plus, but not required.
