We are Content Cucumber. We write blogs that inform, entertain, and inspire.
Our content services are used by businesses across many industries, from podcast marketing agencies to cannabis dispensaries to e-commerce stores. These companies are paired with their very own dedicated Content Cucumber writer, who works to help bring creative ideas to life.
We are a quickly growing startup and are very excited to be adding new talent to our team. Our mission is to make the internet a better place.
Who We’re Looking For:
Content Cucumber is currently seeking a press relations intern that will help our business grow by increasing our earned media, helping us get into the news, and building relationships between Content Cucumber and news organizations.
What Will This Job Entail?
Your mission will be to help us grow by helping us get mentioned in the news and otherwise shared out by others to grow our reach.
You will work with our growth team on projects related to getting news coverage for our company, including but not limited to: sharing information about events we attend, writing press releases, developing projects with the aim of being mentioned in the news and creating shareable content.
You will be working with our CRM, creative assets, Canva account, and organizational tools like Slack that we use to collaborate as a remote team.
Your day-to-day work will consist of meeting with the growth team, working independently on previously mentioned projects, and networking with people that work for news organizations.

Additional Information
- Pay is $11 an hour paid out weekly on Fridays
- This is a part-time fall internship
- Scheduling is flexible for independent work and agreed upon for meetings
