Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily rental activity to deposits for Cars and trucks
- Collaborate with the District Manager to resolve differences in cash work
- Research cash discrepancies
- Provide upper management updates on outstanding cash
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
- Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to contribute individually as well as part of a team
- PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in college full or part time with a minimum of 12 credits
- This internship is expected to be about 20 hours a week
