Investment Banking Fall Intern

You will work with our small but fast-moving, dynamic advisory group serving high-growth technology companies. Our entrepreneurial structure will afford you the opportunity to be involved in exciting, demanding engagements. You will assist in building financial models, developing valuation analyses, creating pitchbooks and other presentations, performing research relating to mergers, acquisitions and capital raises, and developing our internal business processes.

Candidates should be pursuing bachelor's degree in business (finance) or a related area or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment, have strong communication, research, quantitative and analytical skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
