Creative Marketing Intern

Direct Supply is building the future of senior living technology, helping connect the spectrum of healthcare in order to improve the lives of millions of seniors.  In the Creative Marketing Intern position, you’ll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams as they build and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive industry innovation. Your focus will be supporting internal and external marketing and communications. Depending on your skill set, you’ll focus on:

  • Content marketing planning and production 
  • Digital asset development (i.e. social, email, blog, websites, etc.) 
  • Visual design and production
  • 3D design and photography
  • Video storytelling
This intern position is year-round, accommodating a part-time schedule during the school year and a full-time schedule during breaks and summer. This may also lead to full-time employment upon graduation.

  • Content creation, design and deployment across platforms and mediums, from blogs to videos
  • Evaluate and refresh content using SEO and UX writing best practices 
  • Assist with production and styling for shoots
  • Work within a variety of creative platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Help maintain website, blog, social media and internal channels
  • Other design and development aligned with your skillset 

What You’ll Need:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in marketing, journalism, graphic design, media innovation, social enterprise or creative technologies preferably with 2 or more semesters before graduation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for creative marketing methodologies and tactics, including advertising, email and web marketing, social content and media, public relations, etc
  • Ability to write and express abstract concepts in impactful and memorable manner
  • Familiarity and/or experience with SEO, content marketing and/or UX
  • Motivation and self-starting energy, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs, Presentations, Sheets, and Meets 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere
  • Experience in photo/video editing, post-production, motion graphics 
  • Ability to work part-time during the school year, approximately 20-30 hours per week; full-time during breaks and summer. Ability to work remotely as needed

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Familiarity with content management systems, SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz, etc.) and email service providers
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Power BI
  • Previous intern experience 
  • Previous marketing experience
