Customer Success Internship for Sports/Tech Company

Part Time Customer Success Associate - Playbook is looking for a Part Time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Hoboken. The goal of the Customer Success Associate is to ensure our customers’ success with our product, and use that to strive to continually grow the value our business provides.

The Customer Success Associate will be expected to deliver superior support services to the client, by reinforcing our customers' success and differentiating us from our competitors. He/she will deliver positive change to improve service levels, increase customer satisfaction, reduce resolution times and ultimately contribute to increasing customer retention and revenue growth all while having an eye for continuous improvement. This is an in-person/hybrid role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Onboarding existing clients to new software platform
  • Handle support requests from customers
  • Help ensure smooth operations and customer feedback
  • Documenting issues
  • Writing to customers
