The recruiter will recruit sales agents and lead recruiting activities such as seminars, programs and assist in the retention of current agents. You will also get the opportunity to work closely with sales managers and leadership to ensure recruiting needs are met.

  Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and conduct interviews of new and experienced sales associates.
  • Attend sales and management meetings. Participate in special events, state, and local real estate meetings to maintain visibility in the community to facilitate recruiting and promote the company and its services.
  • Encourage participation by agents in the company’s core services.
  • Assist sales managers in developing techniques and skills to optimize agent’s potential in real estate sales.
  • Assist sales managers in developing activities that support all brokerage goals.
  • Perform administrative activities necessary for budget administration and planning, organizing, integrating, measuring, and reporting work performance.
 
Performance Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years recruiting or related experience
  • Five years real estate experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and leadership abilities.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently.
  • Salesperson Real Estate or Brokers License preferred.
