The Agent Services Representative will work closely with agents, brokers, and managers. This role contains aspects of marketing and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be personable and engaging with agents and have a background in marketing.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials, and other promotional pieces; social media, blogging, filming/editing
- Set up and update client and customer sphere of influence databases; and create farming database for sales associates; maintain sales associates personal websites/pages. May perform data input, maintain and monitor data files, create files and documents and produce reports
- May serve as back-up to other office staff
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
