About the Role
The Demand Generation and Account-based Marketing Manager oversees marketing campaigns for the organization ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning a variety of marketing campaigns for the organization
  • Ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives
  • Working closely with the rest of the marketing team on campaigns
  • A/B Testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness
  • Reporting campaign results to senior management and explaining variances
  • Working to strict deadlines and KPI’s as set by the VP of Marketing
  • Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations
  • Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, and printers who will deliver much of the campaign activity
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Ensure the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions
  • Administer the website(s)
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
  • Strategize and launch global integrated marketing campaigns from inception to optimization with a cross functional marketing team including product marketing, global marketing managers, content, web/online marketing, experiences, activation/media, creative services, events, partner marketing, and sales teams
  • Drive quarterly/bi-annual/annual awareness and thought leadership campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional groups to develop appropriate messaging, differentiated content, and stories from which to build campaigns; and the ability to leverage the content from those stories in appropriate channels
  • Campaign set up/monitoring in various marketing systems and tools including HubSpot, 6sense, Linkedin Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Work with sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow up
  • Monitor campaigns and make recommendations for optimization, long tail strategies and future enhancements for maximum engagement
  • Management of project related budgets and responsibility for tracking and monitoring campaign performance and spend
  • Share analytical and results with the broader team on a regular basis
  • Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as required

About You
 Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand and field marketing; leading and managing campaigns
  • Proven experience leading campaigns end to end, with solid knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation, metric analysis, messaging, and positioning, creative, content, and the marketing mix across the buyer’s journey. Represent the company brand presence to ensure high quality experience at every touch point
  • Industry knowledge of latest demand generation trends, including metrics and measurement, nature strategies, digital, online and live events
  • Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovation strategies and execution
