Summer Intern: Digital Health IT, Software UX/UI backend and/or frontend Intern (June -August 2022) possible extension to 2023

Several openings Summer only July-August and/or extend to School yr into 2023 if recommended by mentor and student meets internal metrics:

Seeking a self-starter, with interest in getting experience in Health IT, software and/or hardware (IoT/smart wearables) (5G), to support the engineering and software team and some HealthIT/analytics/informatics area.

Will support and get exposure (possible experience) in IEEE (blockchain, IoMT) and other healthcare org, industry leading transformational efforts. CMS (Medicare) interoperability/post-acute care and other healthcare industry efforts.

Some integration of API's using the FHIR standards. Possible new apps, VR/AR or gaming-for healthcare

Potentially attend HL7/CMS meeting with Globex Health leads

Work with Digital Health Engineering lead and offshore software team to link to multiple orgs, create custom template within GH proprietary EMR and other technologies

Will need to take our internal training on FHIR, Blockchain, HIPAA privacy, Cybersecurity & healthIT regs.

Preference for any experience or knowledge in standardization (NIST, FHIR/hl7, other)

Support in designing and developing next gen-virtual care solutions

Also need to code and build out platform (please indicate your experience in this area.
(eg; Phython, R, sql, java..etc) Add your github link if you have one.

All efforts will be under the leadership of GH Team including our Biomedical Engineer Lead and Software lead all reporting to the Medical Director
