CIVICA Academy- 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 6th/7th Science, and 6th/7th Social Studies

Our brand new, public charter school, CIVICA Academy, is opening its doors in August 2021. We are currently seeking treasure hunters who are eager to teach our students and help them grow!!! We need teachers for 1st and 2nd grade, as well as 6th and 7th grade science and 6th and 7th grade social studies. Anyone interested should contact Bruno Espey at 725-502-5210. We are looking for energetic, passionate, and committed teachers who want to make a huge difference in the lives of our students. Our campus will be brand new and fitted with all of the technology you might need. Each grade level/subject has board-approved curriculum that will need to be implemented along with the use of the Nevada Academic Content Standards.

Some of the typical duties of any teacher at our school will include: collaboration, lesson planning, teaching, grading, communication with families, attendance, record keeping, IEP meetings, grade level meetings, PLC meetings, staff meetings, duty, extracurricular events, field trips, Open House, Meet & Greet, Parent-Teacher conferences, fundraisers, etc...
