RN/LPN - NOC Shift PT EO weekend
Hours: 10:30pm - 7am
As an RN/LPN you will be providing quality patient-centered care to our residents.
The RN/LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
The RN/LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
The RN/LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by the RN.
Qualifications: Current RN/LPN licensure, in good standing in the State of Minnesota.
Clinical experience preferred.
