Delegate Account Executive

RTM Business Group is a premier C-Level conference and events company specializing in B2B marketing and engagement platforms. Headquartered in midtown Manhattan, with remote team members located in cities nationally.

At the beginning of 2020, the hospitality and live events industries took the hardest hit, shutting down completely, with no insight into when or how things would reopen. RTM was one of few companies that was able to pivot, transitioning to virtual and hybrid events that emulated the level of quality that our customers have come to expect from our live engagements. We maintained staff, grew by 50%+, hired more talent and expanded industries.

Today, we have returned to executing full-scale live events, and find ourselves uniquely positioned as a leader and partner in a number of exciting industries, poised for rapid scale and growth.

The Position:

We are looking immediately to grow our Delegate Relations Team. This is a junior sales and marketing role with extensive training, and opportunities for advancement as early as 6 months in!

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree minimum
  • 0-1 year of related work experience
  • Desire to work in the events and marketing industry
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient, with a positive attitude
  • Well-rounded and personable, with varied interests, experience, and likes to travel
  • Clear communicator, with proficient verbal and written presentation skills
