You will Inspect Roofing, Windows, and Siding of the homeowner’s home by climbing a ladder onto their roof, and looking at all sides of the home. You are checking for storm damage (hail damage & wind damage) which can affect many different parts of a home (even things like gutters). These inspections are completely 100% free to the homeowner, you are there to help them gain knowledge about their home, “when was the last time you were on your roof”?

You have inspected the home, determining if you have an have an insurable claim and work with the homeowners to set up a day & time for an insurance adjuster to inspect the property. Next, you will meet with the insurance adjuster at the homeowner’s home at the selected date of the inspection to make sure everyone agrees on the scope of the damage. It’s important for you to remind the homeowner that they will have NO out-of-pocket cost besides their insurance deductible.

The homeowner will receive an estimate from their insurance company outlining the damage that was found and how much they are willing to pay. If you feel that the allocated amount of money is not sufficient to make the repairs, you will work directly with the homeowner’s insurance company to make sure there is a correct amount of money to complete the work.

You and the homeowner will schedule a day & time to meet for you to collect the down payment form the homeowner which was sent to them from their insurance company. Once you have collected the down payment, construction begins on the property and is cleaned up in a timely and efficient manner.

Prominent Construction will send a final invoice to the homeowners insurance company triggering them to send the homeowner the remaining funds (depreciation) noted on the insurance estimate.

When the homeowner receives final payment from their insurance company, the homeowner should contact you to schedule a day & time for a final project close out.

Finally, when you meet the homeowner for a final project close out you want to make sure the homeowner is completely satisfied with the work we have done. We will then issue the homeowner a certificate of completion and collect the remaining balance due.
