Sponsorship and Marketing PT Assistance
Part-Time Sponsorship and Marketing Assistant ~ TEMPORARY 1 MONTH POSITION
Little League® International is looking to hire qualified temporary support for the Sponsorship and Marketing team during the World Series event. This position would run August 2nd through August 29th at the Little League® International HQ in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and earns $12 per hour for up to 35 flexible hours per week. Applicants must meet all relevant requirements and applicable background checks are required.

Located in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, we are the administrative and operational headquarters for Little League Baseball and Softball, the leading nonprofit youth sports organization with 75+ years of history supporting youth baseball and softball. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPONSORSHIP AND MARKETING ASSISTANT AT LITTLE LEAGUE® INTERNATIONAL
Reporting to the Account Management team, successful candidates would assist with day-to-day implementation of event management needs for Official Sponsors and promote the development and execution of marketing initiatives related to the 2021 Little League World Series.
Examples of possible work may include:
· Providing hands on event management support during the Little League® Baseball World Series
· Hanging signage around the complex
· Distributing product samples and giveaways on behalf of Sponsors
· Assisting with stocking and inventory of Official Sponsor products and giveaways
· Monitoring sponsor social media posts and other information to Official Sponsors and their guests
· Documentation of in-game logo placement in ESPN broadcasts in Williamsport
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SPONSORSHIP AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
· Project management and customer service skills – ensure that all tasks are completed to satisfaction and engage with other staff in a courteous and respectful manner
· Excellent organization skills to meet deadlines and reach department objectives
· A positive attitude, open mind, and willingness to learn
· Familiarity with the games of baseball and softball
· Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of social media platforms a plus
