Talent Acquisition Intern

The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Specialist intern is to source, identify, and screen candidates through proactive recruiting techniques. The Talent Acquisition Specialist intern must determine if each candidate has the necessary core skills to warrant a face-to-face interview with the Senior Recruiter. In addition to screening qualified candidates for positions within the organization, the Talent Acquisition Specialist intern must also effectively promote Hollstadt to candidates by identifying the needs of potential consultants and then presenting ways in which Hollstadt can offer them solutions to those needs.

The focus of the Talent Acquisition Specialist intern position is to meet and exceed the weekly key performance metrics. To ensure we always have a good pipeline of the best candidates that fit our footprint coming in to meet and work with our team.

Position Key Objectives
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist intern will be able to take limited direction from Recruiting Manager and/or Senior Recruiter and execute. Must be exceptionally detailed oriented and have a passion for process and metrics. Must also be comfortable with meeting new people both in person and via phone.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • He/she is also responsible for the majority of the administrative tasks that go on through the process of bringing a consultant on board, including, but not limited to, sending and collecting new hire paperwork, scheduling an interview with the Senior Recruiter/Junior Recruiter and the Sales team, proactively having a pipeline of candidates, etc.

Qualifications Required
  • Candidates must be able to function successfully in a fast-paced consulting, and heavy process environment.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Associate degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Creative business acumen.
  • Flexible and adaptable; self-starter, able to work within ambiguity at times.
  • High level of urgency.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Proven track record of being able to execute at a detailed level
  • Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR support or Administrative Support is preferred.
