Account Executive ** ENTRY LEVEL **

That is why everyone in our company starts out in an entry level sales role, learning our team's systems as an Entry Level Account Executive in our Sales and Marketing Department. 

Upon development of necessary communication and leadership skills in the entry level role, top performers would have the opportunity to advance into other positions within the company, including Management of Sales Teams, Recruiting, Advertising & Social Media, Human Resources, or Client Management.

Account Executive Responsibilities Include:
  • New Customer Acquisition, involving face to face methods to build customer relationships and expand on Brand Awareness
  • Current Client Retention 
  • Leadership Development / Management Training
  • Cross Training In the areas of Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing, Recruiting, etc.

Candidates are taught how to interface with customers, clearly communicate products and their benefits, and retain those customers through building rapport and brand awareness. Once these skills are acquired, the individual learns how to coach and teach others how to master these same skills. The training process continues while candidate proves that he or she has developed the business acumen necessary to be successful.
