RN Assistant Director of Health Services- Assisted Living/Memory Care Ebenezer
We are seeking at an Assistant Director of Health Services is a Registered Nurse (RN) for our locations in Minneapolis, Minnetonka, and Roseville. This role is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the clients are met, while providing staff leadership duties. The team consists of leadership RN, Executive Director, Activities and Culinary directors, Social Worker, and Resident Assistant (caregivers for resident whom are trained to pass medications)
- Maintain current assessment and documentation of client’s health status
- Coordinates client health services
- Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration
- Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
- Support DHS to act as RN on call during scheduled times
Nursing schedule includes;
- 64-80 hours per 2 week pay period
- Day shift; Monday through Friday
- Manager On Duty weekend rotation approximately one time per two months and Nurse On Call rotation every other week

- One to three years previous related experience (in healthcare)
- Minimum Associates RN Degree, preferred BSN
- Must have current RN licensure and current CPR certification by start date
- prefer memory care or case management experience.
