We are growing and looking to add a Portfolio Performance Analyst to join our team in Franktown, CO or Grand Rapids, MI.
The Portfolio Performance Analyst will be responsible for maximizing NOI across all of Monarch’s 280+ multifamily property portfolio by identifying and implementing strategies that increase other income, reduce operational expenses, and increase operational efficiencies.
Duties are of a wide variety and include financial analysis, operational analysis/ intervention, vendor management, contract management, product procurement, and more. We’re seeking those who are hardworking, self-motivated, have a strong academic background, and a passion for Real Estate investment and management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, management or related field
· 1-5 years job and/or internship experience in a related field
· Self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills
· Intermediate to Advanced skills in data analysis and Microsoft Excel
· Ability to develop, maintain, and foster relationships at the site level, as well as corporate level employees and departments
