Position:
Reporting to the Sr. Revenue Accountant, the Financial Analyst – Revenue will be responsible for executing month-end revenue processes and preparation of financial reporting on a monthly basis.

Nature of Role:
Financial Analyst will be a key resource in reporting. This individual will provide executive management reporting packages. This role requires a strong excel and analysis skills, a keen interest in learning about the business, and a strong analytical mindset. 
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 2-4 years’ experience in accounting or similar work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with strong emphasis on Excel)
  • Discreet, flexible, dependable, intelligent, detail-oriented, energetic self-starter with strong communication and organizational skill with a proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment 
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial processes related to the business; knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls; strong systems knowledge such as MS Dynamics SL, Netsuite/OpenAir, and Power BI
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Executing Month End Revenue Process, including preparing and issuing monthly and interim invoices to clients, preparing monthly revenue recognition analysis and reconciling revenue and deferred revenue
  • Report and evaluate financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews 
  • Updating Cash Forecast weekly
  • Preparing interim and monthly billable hour reporting to operations team
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
  • Aid in the budgeting and expenditure planning process 
  • Ad hoc projects as they arise across various teams
  • Be flexible in a constantly changing and high growth business environment
