Full-time, Monday-Friday, day time hours between 7 AM – 5 PM. No nights, no weekends!

Details:
- Work alongside people who have disabilities at their place of employment in the community, assisting them to be the best employees that they can be!
- Help clients with problem solving, decision making, and meeting their job expectations
- Support clients to help them develop, achieve goals and advocate for themselves
- Act as a bridge between the business and the client/their care team
- Pay: $15.50 - $16.25 per hour

Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background study with the MN Department of Human Services
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Must be comfortable working at different locations throughout the work week. Working location is determined by where clients are employed. All locations are within the Twin Cities/West Metro area
- Must be able to regularly lift 25-50 pounds
