THE DAY-TO-DAY
As an Accountant / Accounting Supervisor, you play a key role in our success by overseeing the financial operations of assigned clients and leading our accounting team. You are responsible for the design, preparation, and presentation of financial analysis needed to conduct and support assigned client operations. This includes maintaining accounting books and records, preparing financial analysis, maintaining appropriate client contacts, and proactively serving assigned clients.
You provide strategic business direction to not only our clients but also to your team and other employees. To ensure the success of the department, you provide guidance and supervision to our accounting staff. You are an effective leader who is able to foster teamwork and build a cohesive team. You set goals and expectations and complete performance reviews for staff. Under your leadership, your team feels supported but also challenged to develop and grow in their roles.
When the Director is not available, you act as the “go-to” person for other accountants and finance staff. We know we can trust you to ensure financial functions are completed accurately and efficiently. No detail, no matter how small, gets past you!

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another business field
- 5+ years of relevant and progressive accounting or business experience
Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have exceptional people and communication skills, be highly skilled in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work.
