The Trenchless Geologist/Geotechnical EIT/Coordinator will:
  • Focus on executing comprehensive geotechnical investigations for various trenchless projects. This will include completing field work to direct and oversee subcontracted drilling crews for the exploratory campaign and collect geotechnical data, coordinate laboratory programs, analyze data, and generate Geotechnical Data Reports.
  • Serve as a database manager for geotechnical data utilizing gINT software, which will also include generating gINT deliverables including boring logs and boring posts to be included on design drawings.
  • Aid in geotechnical analyses of subsurface conditions, including calculating subsurface parameters required in geotechnical models such as hydraulic fracture and inadvertent returns analyses (HFIAs).
  • Create geological cross sections to be utilized in HFIAs and assist in generating HFIA reports.
  • Assist in design efforts for trenchless engineering tasks.
  • Perform construction inspection for trenchless installation projects.
  • Advance capabilities in other software programs to allow for assistance in generating trenchless deliverables. Programs may include, but aren’t limited to, ArcGIS Pro and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
