Talent Attraction Specialist, Recruiter II

How will you make an impact?
In this newly created Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you will be a critical part of the driving force behind our recruiting function. Talent Acquisition Specialists help us to grow and evolve our recruiting practices by developing a solid understanding of our systems and processes, identifying and engaging top talent, and continually advancing our recruiting tools and tactics. What will you do?
  • Partner with recruiters to review, source, and screen talent for current and future openings
  • Support our most critical projects and talent needs by liaising with recruiters and TA Leaders to plan and execute recruiting strategy
  • Meeting scheduling, event planning and project coordination
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Thermo Fisher Scientific recruiting tools, processes, and tactics
  • Additional duties relating to recruiting critical projects based upon business needs and TA leader discretion

How will you get here?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1-2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination experience preferred
  • Experience working with Recruitment systems such as ATS, Phenom People, CRM and maintaining a high level of data integrity is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products including confirmed intermediate Excel skills evidenced at a minimum by experience with working with large data sets and common excel functions, Phenom People & Power BI is preferred
  • Ability to interpret and use data and analytics to build insights for planning purposes
  • Excellent written and communication experience at all levels.
