Requirements include: High School diploma plus trade school training in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting required. Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in maintenance or custodial environment preferred. Background in building operational systems, basic carpentry, repair, troubleshooting and grounds maintenance skills preferred.
