With clients across the United States, and deep experience with all major SPM software tools, we are always looking for bright individuals willing to come onboard and learn our specialized skills while gaining valuable work experience in the field of Sales Performance Management.
We are currently seeking recent college graduates (undergrad and post-graduate) with a degree in Engineering or Math/Finance related areas of study for an opportunity to join a fast-growing consulting firm and learn the skills required to be a successful contributor in the field of Sales Performance Management.

Requirements:
- Recently acquired (0 - 2 years) Bachelor's or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Some prior work experience a plus, but not required
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated to being taught new skills
- Hard-working and sincere
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Databases highly desirable
