Key Responsibilities:
• Cashier and in store customer service
• Interact with customers via email and phone
• Social media interaction
• Receive, unpack and distribute product and supplies accordingly
• Pick, pack and ship online retail and wholesale orders
• Resolve order issues
• Perform cycle counts to restock and order supplies and/or inventory
• Facility organization and cleaning
• Complete Special projects as assigned
Essential Job Functions:
• Knowledge in the sport of Disc Golf is preferred but not necessary
• Mathematical Aptitude
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Pleasant demeanor & ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (Ability to kneel, bend, & have good manual dexterity)
• Must be able to work alternating weekends and evenings
